The central figure of Progressive Construction, Inc., Matt Tonn, adds a unique depth of expertise to the corporation’s overall operation through his education and experience. He has been a business-owner in Campbell County for 23 years, a time during which he has gained and fine-tuned a set of skills that are possessed by only a select few. Tonn also served for 5 years on the Campbell County Building Code Board of Appeals, giving him a distinctive knowledge of the local leaders and how to navigate through the bureaucracy. Matt Tonn is on the constant search for ways to edge out the competition and improve PCI as he regularly attends industry specific trainings that preserve and increase his skill and competence, and keeps current with new technologies, using those advances in day to day business.
